Job Duties

  • Communicate with Plan Sponsors and Brokers on a regular basis

  • Review plan documents and system specifications

  • Oversaw the plan activity and assure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures

  • Able to identify and implement solutions for complex plans

  • Assist participants with plan enrollment, complex relationship issues, pre-and post year procedures

  • Advise plan sponsors on the correct application of procedures and communications.

  • Identify potential in advance and proactively communicate solutions with the plan sponsors.

  • Ensure account procedures and online applications are in compliance with the plan documents and operational needs.

  • Review and determine certain operational factors such as top-heavy status, testing control group, family relationship issues, pre and post year-end procedures to be discussed with Plan Sponsors.


  • 4-year degree in finance or accounting

  • 0-1 years if experience

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (sorting data and using basic formulas)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with database and database management

  • Strong attention to detail
