Job Description
GPS is hiring Administrative Assistants for a State Government Office in Summerville, SC! Why You Should Apply:
- Exciting opportunity to gain experience with a State Government Office.
- 1st Shift schedule, Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

- Starting rate of pay $12.00/hr.
- Provide administrative assistance to eligibility staff.
- Maintain records, perform data entry and other clerical functions.
- Assist clients in person or via telephone.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and forms.
- Generate reports as requested.
- Uphold agency policies, including HIPAA and Medicaid confidentiality rules.
- Stable verifiable work history.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer operation.
- An eager-to-learn attitude.
- Prior experience working with a State Agency is a plus, not required.
