Your Role Within The Company
Assembles products according to customers needs following blueprints and specifications
Performs bench assembly type of work; hand soldering, hardware assembly, and wiring assembly
Utilizes experience, selects the best hand tools or portable powered tools to assemble product in the most efficient manner
Inspects own work for accuracy, completeness, highest quality standards, and compliance to HSE and Safety critical requirements
Follow general instructions and visual aids whenever necessary
Operates basic test equipment such as DMM, continuity testers, etc. For verifying wiring, contact resistance or locating faults.
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1-2 years of experience
Electronic component recognition
Ability to operate basic test equipment such as DMM, continuity testers, etc. For verifying wiring, contact resistance or locating faults.
IPC610 and IPC620 Standards
Must be able to perform work consistent with workmanship standards
Meet department utilization goal and maintain department defect rate
