Job Description
GPS is hiring professional Branch Administrator / Administrative Office Support Personnel for an immediate position in Orangeburg, SC. Why You Should Apply:
- Competitive pay range of $15.00/hr - $16.00/hr
- 1st Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM, Mon-Fri
- No weekends

- Greet and assist visitors courteously
- Document notes and other pertinent information into a database
- Conduct background checks and pre-employment testing
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls
- Troubleshoot calls and relay messages effectively
- Handle various administrative tasks as assigned
- Manage mail functions and the ordering of office supplies
- Track data and maintain log records
- Perform other assigned duties
- High School diploma
- Professional office experience
- Ability to multitask in a deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficient use of office equipment
