Receptionist / Admin Support
Receptionist / Administrative Support needed for North Charleston, SC office.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to;
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
Greets and directs visitors to the company.
Updates company database.
Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
2+ years of recent Professional Administrative/Reception experience.
Stable work history, no terminations.
Must be Computer Savvy and MS Office proficient.
Drug free company and criminal background check is required.
