Full-time Clerical Support Associate needed for N. Charleston, SC office.



$10.00/hr




Experience working front office in a medical environment is ideal.



Tasks
:

  • Greet clients/customers as they enter the facility.



  • Assist staff with a wide range of administrative functions.



  • Provide overview of process and provide necessary documents to customers.



  • Review and pull information stored within database.



  • Audit files for accuracy.



  • Perform extensive data entry and data management.



  • Interface with customers via phone, email, and in-person.



  • Draft memos, notes, and messages for distribution.





Requirements
:

  • Ability to manage multiple computer databases.



  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.



  • Ability to type 45 wpm.



  • 3 years professional Administrative Assistant experience.



  • Stable work history and verifiable work references.



  • Superb written and oral communication skills.
