Job Description
Temp-to-Hire
Lamination: There are multiple crews doing lamination. They are spraying fiberglass, opening molds, cutting fabric with shears and box cutters, Tyvek suits, dust mask/respirator, glove. Entry level. Breakout: Dealing with larger parts. Using cranes to start putting pieces together. Applying wax to molds, using mallets and wedges to remove parts from molds
Work Hours: Breakout: 4:30a-2p Lamination: 7a-4p 1 hour lunch break, and another break from 2:15-2:30
Additional Notes: There is room for growth, pay raises after 90 days depending on performance, yearly reviews, advancement opportunities. Carolina Composites pays 50% of medical, dental, vision, STD, 401k match 50% up to 3%. 3 weeks paid vacation after a year, but can only take during plant shutdown which is the week of the 4th of July and in December around Christmas and New Year.
