3 Month Assignment: June-August (could possibly extend)
- Research and download information from websites.
- Relay pertinent information to field employees.
- Create and transferring information via Excel spreadsheets.
- Create PDF documents from spreadsheets.
- Transfer information into Dropbox Folders
- Extensive data entry of accounting information.
- Intermediate Level Word & Excel
- Intermediate Level Adobe
- Intermediate Level Dropbox
- Approximately 12K Keystrokes
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast paced, detailed oriented work environment.
Knowledge of BizTrack extremely helpful, but not required.
Position slated to last 3 months
