Job Description

*Temp-to-Hire *

$12+ depending on experience and work history.

8AM-5PM Mon-Fri

Duties: You will wear multiple hats and have to operate in a fast-paced environment. Duties include answering customer/potential customer calls, taking orders and then dispatching technicians. Job times and locations change quickly so there is a lot of correspondence being done between you and the customers. Use of a database specific to industry for estimating costs/budgeting of a job, which this you will learn hands-on with the Office Manager. Also responsible for working with insurance companies/claims.

Requirements:
Diploma/GED is required.
Experience in an administrative, dispatch or coordinator role for HVAC, Plumbing, Insurance or similar business.
Excellent computer skills and work on competing interests as things change quickly in the environment.
