  • Meet and greet client and in a pleasant and professional manner



  • Answer inbound calls and route caller to appropriate team member



  • Conducting research, indexing, sort/distribute mail



  • Organize conference rooms and supplies



  • Order lunches



  • Other administrative duties as assigned



 

Requirements

Stable work history a MUST (no job hopping)

3-5 years of administrative or receptionist experience

HSD/GED required





Temp to Hire

$13.00-$14.50/hour (depending on education and experience)

Monday through Friday

8: 30am-5: 30pm (may be flexible)
