temp to hire Customer Service Rep Monday through Friday
Respond to customer service inquiries, requests, or complaints. Return all customer calls in a timely manner. Notify the appropriate personnel to handle customer's problems and concerns. Review daily reports with the Customer Service Manager/Office Manager. Entered service and route data into computer for billing and route scheduling purposes. Setting up new accounts for services and maintain proper flow of paperwork from sales to operations. File and maintain customer contacts and records in a neat and orderly fashion. Route customers for recycling and trash pick-ups. Assist with collections.
1 year of customer service experience required Prior experience working in a team environment. Proficient with a computer and excellent data entry skills. Able to multiask and work well with others in a team environment.
