Temp to Hire
Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
Transfer callers to the appropriate parties.
Assist customer with booking a service call in person or over the phone.
Complete and maintain daily call tracking sheets to be turned in weekly.
Make outbound calls for quality assurance purposes.
Assist with dispatching during lunch periods or vacations.
Other general office duties as assigned.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
2+ years of related, customer service experience required.
Able to communicate well in person or over the phone.
Must be able to work Saturdays-no exceptions.
