The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing duties such as install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. Management may also train this position to assume responsibilities as backup Setter on first shift or a Lead Setter on second shift as demand grows.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to;
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant s facility s equipment.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of productions equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.
Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years in production maintenance.
4+ years of manufacturing, strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and programming, industrials skills including welding.
Strong Problem Solving skills to include Computer and MS Office experience.
Drug free environment and criminal background checks are required.
$12/hr. + DOE
