Roles and Responsibilities
Communicate with sales team to handle order entries. Generate quotes for customers. Work with complicated inventory catalogs/parts to pick the right parts/vendor numbers. Enter codes and scan notes into the system (notes could be dimensions of a piece of equipment for a pump). Assist with pricing and field notes , which are notes the sales reps bring back from manufacturers. Create shipping labels, open mail and help with invoices/payments. Matching job orders, proofreading and matching invoices part numbers with orders.
Proficient Computer Skills (heavy data entry)-specifically exc. Team player with excellent customer service experience. Strong work history is a must. Also, must be an efficient, self-starter, that is a hands-on, technical person who can resolve/repair issues or malfunctions. Must be able to communicate well via phone, email, or in-person.
