Job Description
GPS is currently hiring Office Coordinators for an Orangeburg, SC company. Why You Should Apply:
- $16.00/hr. - $19.00/hr – starting pay rate
- 1st Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) with OT potential
- Temp-to-Hire opportunity
- 6 paid holidays and accrued paid time off
- Act as the Receptionist, assisting clients over the phone and in person.
- Create and supply forms for the General Manager, sales personnel, and coworkers.
- Produce response, thank you, and follow-up letters for the sales team.
- Enter prospective customers into the database and update files.
- Coordinate ordering of office supplies, open and distribute mail.
- Use Microsoft Office, including Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- Check in and inspect new homes delivered to the lot as needed.
- Coordinate service requests and produce/use tracking sheets.
- Assist in other areas as directed.
- Strong administrative/clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Professional communication skills (in-person, phone, and email).
- Stable, reliable work history.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Drug-free workplace.
- Criminal background check required.
