- Starting Pay: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr
- 1st Shift Hours:
- Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Temp-to-Hire
- Benefits After Hire
- Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)
- Accrued Personal Leave and Vacation Leave
- 401k with 3% Company Match
- Perform various accounting duties
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions: process business transactions, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Complete bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements
- Research, track, and resolve accounting or documentation discrepancies
- Enter financial transaction data into the database daily
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Assist with assigned clerical tasks
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook accounting software
- Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail is crucial
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Associates Degree or relevant certification is a plus
