GPS Jobs is actively hiring Administrative Support Professionals for an exciting opportunity in Columbia, SC. Why You Should Apply

- Competitive Pay: $15.00/hour
- First Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- No nights or weekends!
- Career Gateway: Valuable experience working with a state agency
- Onsite Training Provided: No prior experience required—we’ll train you
- Steady Assignment: Expected to last at least 6 months
- Review and process visitation applications
- Approve or deny applications using a computer-based system
- Handle sensitive personal data
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all work
- Process applications efficiently (average of 5–7 minutes per application)
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a structured, task-focused environment
- Prior clerical/administrative support in a customer-focused environment is preferred.
