Job Description
GPS is currently hiring an Administrative Coordinator for an immediate position in the Orangeburg, SC area. Why you should apply:
- Starting pay: $17.00/hr
- 1st shift, 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday, No weekends
- Professional Office Environment
- After-hire: Medical, Dental, Vision, State Pension, Life Insurance
- Provide essential administrative support to a department director.
- Assist in various departmental activities, projects, and programs.
- Aid in preparing and monitoring department budgets.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation.
- Perform financial activities such as preparing spreadsheets and grant reimbursement requests.
- Serve as a liaison for human resources tasks within the department.
- Maintain the director's calendar and schedule of activities.
- Process a variety of documentation associated with operations.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
