Job Description
GPS Jobs is now hiring Assemblers for a leading manufacturer in Newberry, SC. This is an excellent opportunity to earn competitive pay, gain valuable manufacturing experience, and potentially transition into a long-term career. These positions are expected to last 90 days, with the possibility of becoming temp-to-hire for outstanding employees. Why You Should Apply
- Earn $20.00 per hour
- First-shift schedule: Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

- Clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment
- Immediate openings available
- Assemble products and components according to specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Install and connect mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other components
- Assist with material movement and production support activities
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
