- Great Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM and Friday 7:30 AM–12:30 PM

- Secure insurance authorizations for oncology treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, and diagnostic testing
- Communicate with providers, insurers, and patients to keep the approval process moving smoothly
- Track and document all authorization activity in our EHR system
- Manage appeals when denials occur and submit proper documentation
- Support patients with questions related to coverage and authorization
- 2-3 years of experience in insurance authorization, verification, or billing (oncology experience preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance guidelines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A high attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort using EHR systems, insurance portals, and Microsoft Office
