- Competitive pay – $20.00/hr
- Hours: Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- No weekends
- Consistent 32–40 hours per week
- On-the-job training provided
- Friendly, team-oriented office

- Calculating charter pricing and preparing / providing quotes
- Interacting with clients by phone and in person
- Providing charter pricing and preparing quotes
- Scheduling buses and determining quantities needed
- Ensuring timely communication and follow-up
- Creating proposals and maintaining client relationships
- Learning key DOT-related info (training provided!)
- Detailed oriented professional
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- Strong communication and math skills
- Professional presence
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Team player mindset
