Location: Walterboro, SC
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday

- Operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Load feed mechanisms and position stock
- Verify machine settings and adjust controls as needed
- Document production and quality logs
- Troubleshoot processes and detect malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain safe operations
- Participate in continuous learning to update job knowledge
- Support team continuity by communicating shift actions and issues
- Prior CNC machine operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability in attendance and communication with supervisors
- Commitment to helping the team meet daily production goals
