What You’ll Do:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to produce precision parts.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Use measuring equipment (micrometers, comparators) to ensure accuracy.
- Apply Lean manufacturing principles and ISO quality systems to optimize processes.
- Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience (Vertical/Horizontal Mills or ID/OD Grinders) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of lathe experience, including some CNC experience preferred.
- Experience programming in CAM and operating multiple machines simultaneously, including Haas, Studer ID & OD grinders, Sunnen, and Mazak/Horizontal Grinder.
- Strong shop math skills and ability to work with metric dimensions.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Machine Operators with experience in a job shop environment or recent Machine Tool Technology graduates looking to start their careers are encouraged to apply.
