Job Description
GPS is currently hiring a Logistics Admin for an immediate opportunity in Orangeburg, SC. Why you should apply:

- Temp-to-Hire
- 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, NO Weekends

- Inbound and Outbound Coordination: Manage Full Truck Load (FTL) and rail logistics.
- Proof-of-Delivery: Obtain and organize delivery confirmations.
- Shipment Monitoring: Track deliveries, and address discrepancies/issues.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with partners to implement corrective actions.
- Delivery Requirements: Maintain accurate ship-to-delivery details.
- Delivery Extensions: Coordinate with receivers for delayed shipments.
- Delivery Scheduling: Monitor inbound inquiries via email and phone.
- Freight Quotes: Request, analyze, and code pricing from Logistics vendors.
- Invoice Processing: Handle Logistics invoices and internal tracking.
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, and Oracle ERP experience is a plus.
- Competency in working with inventory software.
- Effective verbal and written skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proactive and willing to learn from others.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
