Job Description
GPS is currently recruiting for a Welder / Fabricator to join a reputable local manufacturer in the Varnville, SC/Hampton, SC area. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a team environment and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do:
• Assemble and fabricate products according to blueprints and quality standards
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely and efficiently
• Assist in welding and assembly operations with minimal supervision
• Maintain accurate work records and perform basic equipment maintenance
• Work closely with senior fabricators and production leaders to complete projects
What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Welding certification or 2+ years of related work experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, and calipers
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn and grow in manufacturing
A drug-free workplace and a criminal background check are required.
