- Place orders with vendors using computers, phone, or email
- Maintain customer accounts and build lasting relationships
- Work closely with inside sales and sales reps in a team environment
- Stay up to date on discount structures and product offerings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn about industrial products
- High school diploma or equivalent (customer service experience preferred)
- Ability to sit for long periods while working on a computer and phone
- Basic computer skills
