Logistics Associate
Job Description
GPS Jobs is now hiring Logistics Associates for a leading manufacturer in Newberry, SC. This is an excellent opportunity to earn competitive pay, gain valuable warehouse and logistics experience, and potentially transition into a long-term career. These positions are expected to last 90 days, with the possibility of becoming temp-to-hire for outstanding employees. Why You Should Apply
- Earn $20.00 per hour
- First-shift schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

- Immediate openings available
- Load and unload materials from carriers and delivery trucks
- Verify incoming shipments and report discrepancies as needed
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations
- Prepare and stage kits for assembly operations
- Deliver materials and supplies to production lines promptly
- Perform inventory-related duties, including cycle counts and annual inventories
- Inspect materials for damage or defects and report issues to leadership
- Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Forklift and Stand-up Order Picker experience preferred
- Basic computer skills are a plus
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance
