Job Description
We’re seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Estill, SC! Why you should apply:
- Competitive pay starts at $15.90/hr.
- 1st shift: 7 am – 3 pm

- Review shop drawings for accuracy
- Drill and cut holes to meet customer requirements
- Clean and remove debris from pole surfaces
- Inspect parts for quality
- Utilize a tape measure and hand tools for accurate measurements
- Maintain supplies and a clean work area
- 1 year of machine operation experience
- Ability to work around fiberglass, chemicals, and solvents
- Ability to use a tape measure
- Basic math skills
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, stretch, and bend
- Stable work history with verifiable work references
