Job Description
We’re seeking Machine Operators to join our team in Newberry, SC Why you should apply:
- Competitive pay starting at $16.90/hr
- 2nd shift: 4 PM – 2 AM, Mon-Thur, weekends as needed
- Temp-to-hire

- Set up and operate machines
- Load materials, install tooling, and ensure quality production
- Cut, label, and package parts
- Regularly inspect parts for quality
- Troubleshoot operational and quality issues
- Assist in equipment changeovers and assembly
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Experience working in a labor-intensive work setting
- Ability to use a tape measure and basic math skills
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, stretch, and bend
- Stable work history with verifiable work references
