- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Extended hours may begin as early as 5 AM and run until 3 PM
- 12-hour shifts may run from 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Extended hours may run from 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Set up and operate machinery according to instructions
- Load raw steel materials into machines
- Monitor production machinery and adjust as needed
- Use tape measures, micrometers, and calipers to measure
- Perform basic machine adjustments and tooling changes
- Ensure products meet quality and production standards
- Previous machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools
- Good basic math skills (addition, multiplication, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying schedules
- Steel-toe boots required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
