Job Description
GPS is hiring for Litigation Paralegals/Legal Assistants in Santee, SC! Why you should apply:
- Great starting pay – $18.00/hr
- Potential for pay increase based on experience
- 1st shift schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM; Friday, 8 AM–3 PM

- Manage discovery events, draft responses, and organize documents
- Prepare final discovery packages and support trial prep
- Prepare titles, order title work, draft pleadings, and track billing
- Prepare and serve final orders
- Collect and summarize injury details
- Track records and manage treatment plans
- Prepare schedules and manage record-keeping
- Close and archive files
- Track billable time
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel required)
- Law firm experience preferred (but not required)
