Job Description
GPS is seeking a motivated Production Coordinator for a manufacturing facility in Estill, SC. Why You Should Apply:

- 1st Shift, No Weekends: 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday

- This role offers opportunities for growth and collaboration with various departments
- Dispatch and expedite orders through the manufacturing process.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Serve as liaison between sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments.
- Coordinate schedules and plans to meet customer needs.
- Maintain inventory and negotiate with supply vendors.
- Collaborate in forecasting and planning meetings.
- Perform administrative tasks and provide support across departments.
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience.
- Understanding of Production Control Techniques.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in production planning systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Capacity to follow procedures and instructions.
- Five years of previous experience in production scheduling or dispatching.
- Three years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience with IFS (Integrated Facility Systems)/ERP (Enterprise Resourcing Planning software).
