Job Description
GPS is hiring 1st Shift Production Specialists for a local manufacturer in Walterboro, SC! Why You Should Apply
EOE
- Long-term assignment with potential for temp-to-hire
- 1st shift details:
- $20.00/hr starting rate of pay
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Benefits offered after hire:

- Perform general distribution and light chemical production activities
- Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies to load and unload trucks
- Ensure inbound materials and inventory are properly received
- Repack, relabel, and blend/mix chemicals per management’s instructions
- Assist with inventory accuracy as directed
- Adhere to all safety instructions
- Prior experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment
- Prior experience operating forklifts
- Stable and reliable work history
- Experience with chemical manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to continually walk, stand, bend, stoop, and kneel
- Comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to work around loud noises, fumes, airborne particles, or chemicals (with appropriate PPE).
