Quality Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Quality Administrative Assistant – Direct Hire GPS is hiring a Quality Administrative Assistant for an immediate direct hire opportunity in Orangeburg, SC with a global leader in carbon fiber textile manufacturing for over 30 years. Why Apply?
- $17/hr - starting pay
- Direct hire – on the client’s payroll from day one

- First shift schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Perform data entry to maintain and update databases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate and proof quality reports to support Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Review quality inspection data and manage calibration records.
- Track and enter Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in weekly and monthly scorecards.
- Organize and dispatch finished goods certification paperwork and documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality Technicians to ensure accurate shipment records.
- Monitor statistical process health and report any out-of-tolerance conditions.
- Liaise with customer receiving departments to confirm delivery requirements.
- Utilize Minitab software for statistical graphics (training provided).
- 3+ years of experience in data entry, specifically with numerical data.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database maintenance.
- Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
