Job Description
GPS Jobs is hiring a Recruiter to join our winning team in Columbia, SC. Ideal candidate will source, screen, and place employees for a variety of job openings. Why You Should Apply:

- 1st Shift schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

- Source and attract candidates through job boards and other resources
- Review resumes and conduct prescreens/interviews
- Prepare and submit candidate profiles and nominations for approval
- Guide candidates through a full onboarding process
- Maintain a strong pipeline for high‑priority and recurring roles
- Communicate assignment details, expectations, and updates to candidates
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and report activity in team meetings
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely communication and smooth applicant flow
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or a related role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates/clients
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry and documentation skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications and office software
- Valid South Carolina driver’s license required; minor violations acceptable
