Job Description
GPS is currently hiring a SOP Specialist for an immediate position in Newberry, SC. Why You Should Apply:
Preferred (not required):

- Develop standard work instructions and training SOPs
- Deliver training sessions
- Evaluate training content
- 3-5 years of training/development experience
- Leadership skills in communication, accountability, and coaching
- Familiarity with Lean Methodology
- Self-motivation and task-driven attitude
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Preferred (not required):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Training Certification
- Experience in technical publication development
- Familiarity with standard work instructions development
